Current Responsibilities
Greg McMillan joined NorthMarq in 2001. Teaming with Bob Revoir and Avery Ticer, Greg’s primary focus is representing both building owners and tenants in the Western Twin Cities office market.  Some of Greg's clients include Franklin Street Properties, Travelers, IRET, Golub & Company, AEW, Reit Management & Research, Cooper Industries, Knoll Furniture and Excelsior Energy.

Greg’s primary assignments include performing lease and purchase/sale negotiations, performing transaction analysis, identifying and building relationships with potential clients and coordinating marketing plans. While his focus is primarily the Western submarkets, Greg is active throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Greg has been successful in his responsibilities and was recognized by NorthMarq with the Rising Star Award and the NorthMarq prestigious Offshore Club Award in recognition for his performance.

Professional and Community Involvement
Greg is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), where he is curently serving on the board of directors. He is also a member of the St. Cloud State University Alumni Association, Vision For Business and Big Ten Speakers, where he was recognized with the All-Star Award. Greg is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Education
Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University with a major in real estate brokerage. He attended college on an athletic scholarship and was an active member and held multiple leadership positions in a number of professional organizations.
