Current Responsibilities
Bill has been active in the Minneapolis/St. Paul commercial real estate industry since 1985. He has extensive experience in the sale and leasing of office properties.

Bill has represented many institutional and entrepreneurial owners of real estate, such as Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of New York, Met Life, Sun Life of Canada and IRET. He has also represented numerous tenants including BioScrip, McDATA Corporation and Cannon Technologies. He has been involved with more than 1,000 sale or lease transactions.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq in 2002, Bill spent five years with CB Richard Ellis and 12 years with The Shelard Group, which was purchased by CB Richard Ellis in 1997.

Professional and Community Involvement
Bill’s success has consistently ranked him among his firm’s top producers. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Organization of Commercial Realtors and has earned his designation to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Education
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in 1985.
