Current Responsibilities
Tom Stella has specialized in office leasing and sales at NorthMarq since 1992. In 1999, Tom shifted his focus from the western suburbs of Minneapolis to St. Paul where he assisted NorthMarq in establishing a St. Paul office. Today he actively represents both tenants and building owners in achieving their real estate objectives.

Throughout his career, Tom has earned the trust of both his institutional and entrepreneurial clients because of his market knowledge and ability to provide strategic and creative solutions to complex real estate challenges. He represents a variety of property owners including Pension Fund Advisors, REIT’s, insurance companies, financial institutions, developers and individual investors in the marketing, leasing and disposition of their real estate. In addition to landlord work, Tom has represented numerous companies in the acquisition and leasing of office space both locally and nationally.

Professional and Community Involvement
He has consistently been one of NorthMarq's top performers and received its distinguished “Offshore Club” award four times for his outstanding performance. Over his career, Tom has completed more than 400 transactions totaling more than three million square feet. He has successfully completed many large office disposition assignments, including The StPaul and Unisys.

Tom is an active member of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce, St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Education
He graduated from Macalester College in 1989 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both economics and mathematics.
