Current Responsibilities
Dan Nechanicky joined NorthMarq's Brokerage division in 1997, focusing primarily on office leasing.

Dan specializes in landlord representation in the Minneapolis south suburban market. He spends much of his time identifying new prospects, compiling businesses into a structured database, coordinating and implementing the marketing plans for each assignment, and negotiating lease terms on behalf of his clients. He has distinguished himself as an extremely responsive and aggressive individual.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Dan was with Welsh Companies where he concentrated his efforts on landlord and tenant representation.

Professional and Community Involvement
He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the recipient of both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.

Education
Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate finance from St. Cloud State University, graduating with summa cum laude honors.
