Current Responsibilities
As a vice president, Dan Wicker is responsible for the leasing of the United Properties portfolio, including Northland Executive Office Center and Southpoint. In addition, he represents other landlords, including Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Terra Enterprises. Dan has represented numerous tenants including Analysts International Corporation, Integrated Benefits Consultants, Seagate Technology, Legacy Financial, Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota and THE National Bank.
Past Experience
Before joining the Brokerage group, he was a consultant with NorthMarq's Corporate Solutions group and was responsible for national account services for C.H. Robinson Company, Fingerhut, Marquette Banks, Medtronic and United HealthGroup.
Professional and Community Involvement
Dan is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), where he is the chairman of the Community Relations Committee. He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Education
Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing at the University of St. Thomas.
