Current Responsibilities
Katie Provencher joined the NorthMarq Retail Brokerage group in 2006 and is teamed with retail broker Tricia Pitchford. As an associate, Katie assists her team with tenant representation, site selection and property listing services.
Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Katie spent three years in the transportation business working for a US Customs Broker out of Eagan, Minn. Within this business, Katie specialized in international air export transactions for companies of all sizes moving cargo throughout the world.
Professional and Community Involvement
Katie is a member of the Minneapolis Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
Education
Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in international business with a minor in marketing from Minnesota State University of Mankato.
