Current Responsibilities
Tom Sampair joined NorthMarq’s Brokerage division in 2003 after working as a financial analyst for four years in Milwaukee, Wisc. Teaming up with Jim Jetland, Bill Rothstein and Dan Wicker, Tom primarily focuses on representing both tenants and building owners in the southwest Twin Cities office market. Known for his thorough communication and commitment to each client, Tom continues to build long-term relationships with commercial property users and owners throughout the Twin Cities. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities of servicing his clients, Toms assignments include performing lease negotiations for tenants and owners, performing lease analysis, identifying potential clients and coordinating marketing plans. While his focus is primarily the southwest submarket, Tom is active throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
Professional and Community Involvement
Tom is an active member of Minnesota Commercial Association of REALTORS (MNCAR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Ducks Unlimited, a non-profit organization focused on wetlands conservation, the Marquette University Minnesota Alumni Association and Big Ten Speakers, where he was recognized as the Most Valuable Member in 2005. He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Education
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisc., majoring in both finance and information technology.
