Current Responsibilities
Court is a vice president and senior member of one of NorthMarq's most productive office leasing teams, where he focuses on tenant representation as well as listing services.

Court has more than 30 years of experience representing a wide variety of office clients such as New York Life, American Hardware Insurance, Krass Monroe, P.A., Champion Air, Marquette Bancshares, Tennant Company, Kemper Insurance, Continental Telephone, and the Minnesota Society of CPAs. His activities also include representing institutional owner/clients including CIGNA, Aetna, Travelers, Prudential, State Farm Insurance and United Properties Investment in both the leasing and sale of their properties.

Significant office listings handled by Court’s team include Centennial Lakes Office Park (820,000 sf), Northland Executive Office Center (465,000 sf) and Southpoint Office Center (365,000 sf).

Past Experience
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Court served in Vietnam as an officer with the U.S. Coast Guard. In 1992, he received the NorthMarq “President’s Award of Excellence” for his sales accomplishments the previous year.

Professional and Community Involvement
Court is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has served on several committees of that organization. He has long been active in Ducks Unlimited, a non-profit organization focused on waterfowl conservation and serves on the board of YMCA Camp Widjiwaga.

Education
Court earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Minnesota.
