Current Responsibilities
Tricia Pitchford joined NorthMarq in 2001 as a retail associate. She is responsible for leasing retail properties and tenant representation services for various clients.

She has worked with such retailers as Michael's, Brinker International, Papa John’s, FedEx Kinko’s, Kirkland’s, haircolorxperts and Bear Rock Café providing strategic planning, market research and site selection services. Tricia has also worked on a variety of listings with landlords and developers such as Opus Northwest, United Properties, The Cornerstone Group, Kennedy Associates, CSM Corp. and M & J Wilkow.

Past Experience
Tricia started her career in commercial real estate in 1996 with the Griffin Companies, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Minneapolis, Minn.

Professional and Community Involvement
Tricia serves as a board member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)and ChainLinks Retail Advisors.

Education
Tricia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
