Current Responsibilities
As senior vice president – regional director, Joanne Lehrke manages a national portfolio and is involved in the directional or NorthMarq's national property management services. She supervises property management staff in Minneapolis, Denver, St. Louis Omaha, Kansas City and Springfield and is responsible for all services related to building engineering, accounting, leasing, contract administration, tenant relations, and new business development.

Past Experience
Since 1988 Joanne’s real estate career has encompassed managing high-profile Class A office towers, including Carlson Center, Normandale Lake Office Park and One Southwest Crossing, in association with institutional investors such as L & B Realty, The State of Florida Clarion and TIAA-CREF. Joanne has been employed with Shelard/Koll, CB Richard Ellis and United Properties.

Professional and Community Involvement
Joanne is active in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), serving as a member of the Board of Directors and as the chair of the Communications Committee. She is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Minnesota and Virginia and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation.

Education
Joanne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University.
