Current Responsibilities
A NorthMarq vice president, Jeff Hart focuses on tenant representation throughout the Twin Cities and landlord representation in the southwest/west office submarkets.

Past Experience
Jeff has been in commercial real estate since 1989. He has extensive experience work with both tenants and landlords. Throughout his career, Jeff has represented more than 3 million square feet of Class A and B office properties and has represented companies such as Opus, Golub, Trizec Properties, John Hancock and St. Paul Port Authority. Jeff has also represented tenants such as AT&T Wireless, Edward Jones, H&R Block, General Electric and Cargill.

Professional and Community Involvement
He has served as director of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the Minnesota Association of Realtors. Jeff is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.

Education
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University and remains active in its alumni organization.
