Current Responsibilities
As a member of the Healthcare Property Services Group, Chris focuses on representing and providing advisory services to owners of healthcare and medical properties. This includes strategic planning, lease/renewal negotiations, sublease consultation, and property acquisition and disposition. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate field.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Chris worked for Real Estate Masters as a broker. Prior to that, he was a realtor with Edina Realty and the marketing director of Atlantic Highlands Ltd. Partnership.

Professional and Community Involvement
Chris is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. An active member of CCIM Minnesota-Dakotas Chapter, Chris was appointed to the chapter’s 2010 Board of Directors and serves as chair of the Legislative Committee and a member of the Program Committee. Additionally, he holds a Minnesota Real Estate Broker License.

Chris volunteers his time with the Gilda’s Club Twin Cities as a member of its Clubhouse Committee.

Education
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Real Estate Development, with focuses in Architecture, Public Affairs and Housing.
