Current Responsibilities
As a senior advisor for NorthMarq, Ryan Tibbits provides real estate advisory services to corporate clients to improve their business performance through real estate.

Ryan focuses on strategic planning, lease negotiations, domestic and international portfolio management, tenant representation and the disposition and acquisition of properties globally for such clients as Deluxe Corporation, ADC Telecommunications, Genmar Boats, Guy Carpenter and HealthEast Care System. He has completed transactions throughout the United States and in nine countries.

Past Experience
Ryan spent eight years working in the Property Management division of NorthMarq’s predecessor United Properties, where he was responsible for managing more than 1.8 million square feet of Class A office, industrial and retail properties on behalf of institutional and private clients. Ryan’s thorough understanding of both sides of a transaction gives his clients a strategic advantage.

Professional and Community Involvement
Ryan is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota. In addition, he is a member of CoreNet Global. Ryan is a candidate for the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation through CoreNet Global.

Education
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in geography from Arizona State University.
