Current Responsibilities
Brent Masica joined Northmarq in 2006 as a member of the West Metro Industrial Team. Brent works with Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer and Kris Smeltzer, focusing on the northwest suburbs. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation and uses his in depth market knowledge to help clients throughout the transaction process.

Brent uses his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic to build trust and long term relationships. His client list includes Moen-Leuer, James Campbell Company, IRET, Alside, Petersen Aluminum and Horwitz Mechanical.

In 2008 Brent received Northmarq's Rising Star Award.

Professional and Community Involvement
Brent is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) as well as Big Ten Speakers.

Education
Brent earned a B.A. in Communications from St. John’s University, where he played on the Johnnie basketball team.
