Current Responsibilities
As an associate on the Investment Sales team, Lance works exclusively with multi-family investors to provide services throughout the acquisition and disposition process. His primary responsibilities include market research, analysis, underwriting, marketing sale properties and performing due diligence. Clients enjoy Lance’s genuine interest in their needs and his ability to identify risk throughout the acquisition and disposition process.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Lance worked in multi-family investment sales for the Minneapolis office of Marcus & Millichap. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Lance gained unique knowledge of the building process while working on the construction management team for Jacob’s Well Church, a 30,000-sq.-ft. project in Eau Claire, Wisc.

Professional and Community Involvement
Lance is involved with both the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). He is also active with his church and community sports leagues in Burnsville.

Education
Lance graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance.
