Current Responsibilities
As a senior associate, Sydney Johnson is a licensed agent working with Dave Paradise. She specializes in representing tenants and building owners in the southwest and northwest markets of the Twin Cities. She is focused on providing her clients with the market knowledge and insight to help them make informed real estate decisions. Sydney’s clients include Travelers, First Industrial Real Estate Trust, CB Richard Ellis Investors, TA Associates Realty and Pinehurst Properties.

Past Experience
Sydney has more than 20 years of sales experience in account management and account development that serves her well in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining NorthMarq, Sydney was an account manager for Grainger Industrial Supply, managing an account package that generated more than $2 million in sales annually.

Professional and Community Involvement
Sydney is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and serves on the organization's program committee. She is also a member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Twin West Chamber of Commerce.

Education
Sydney has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
