Current Responsibilities
Tedd Schuster joined NorthMarq in 2008 as a vice president in the Retail Brokerage group. He brings to the company more than 25 years of experience in leasing, developing and implementing merchandising plans for shopping centers. He has worked with leading national, regional and independent retail tenants and restaurants and has leased many notable retail centers in the Twin Cities, including the Galleria, Calhoun Square, Southtown Center and Centennial Lakes Shopping Center.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Tedd was a senior leasing representative for Capital Growth Madison Marquette, where he was responsible for the leasing the company’s managed properties in the Midwest. Prior to that, he was a senior leasing representative for Kraus Anderson Realty Company. In this role, he oversaw the leasing activities for Kraus Anderson’s eastern and southern Minnesota and Wisconsin properties. He has also held the positions of vice president of leasing for Gabbert & Beck Inc., principal/owner of Schuster & Associates Realty Company and director of leasing for B. W. & Leo Harris Company. In addition, Tedd spent 13 years with Dayton’s department stores in management positions.

Professional and Community Involvement
He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), Minnesota Commercial Association of REALTORS (MNCAR) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.

Education
Tedd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
