Current Responsibilities
As an associate on the Investment Services team, Evan provides investment services to institutional and private investors through the acquisition and disposition process of office and industrial assets. His primary responsibilities include market research, due diligence, analysis, underwriting and the marketing of properties and portfolios.

Past Experience
Prior to joining NorthMarq Investment Services, Evan spent three years with Schafer Richardson, Inc., a commercial and multi-family development company in Minneapolis. During his time at Schafer Richardson, Evan worked in numerous areas of the business including leasing, project management and construction.

Professional and Community Involvement
Evan is an active member of the Minnesota-Dakotas chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves on committees for both organizations. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Education
Evan attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
