Current Responsibilities
Matt Clinebell serves as a vice president at NorthMarq Investment Services. He has many years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, five of which were spent as an investment sales broker.

Past Experience
Prior to joining NorthMarq, he spent more than three years at Marcus & Millichap where he focused on office investment sales in the Washington, D.C., region and medical office building sales nationally. In this short period of time, Matt earned the respect of clients and peers alike by selling more than 2 million square feet of office, industrial and medical office space.

Before beginning his career in the brokerage business, he was an analyst for CoStar, the leading provider of commercial real estate data services.

Professional and Community Involvement
Matt is a member the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is a licensed sales person in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Education
Matt has his Masters in Real Estate with a concentration on Capital Markets from Johns Hopkins University.  He is active within the Johns Hopkins Alumni network and served as Co-Chair of the Carey Business School Real Estate Forum, the real estate program’s alumni group, for two years. Matt attended Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science & Information Systems with a minor in Economics.
