Current Responsibilities
As executive vice president of Real Estate Management, Lisa is responsible for the oversight of the property management, contract management, facility management, property accounting, and engineering and maintenance departments of NorthMarq. The division employs more than 310 property managers, facility managers, accountants, engineers and support staff.

Past Experience
Before joining United Properties, the predecessor to NorthMarq, Lisa was an assistant vice president for Welsh Companies where she managed office, industrial and retail properties for a number of institutional/entrepreneurial real estate investors.

Professional and Community Involvement
Lisa is a member, past President and current Board of Directors member of the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Lisa has received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM, and the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

Education
She has a bachelor of science degree with majors in business management and psychology from St. Cloud State University.
