Current Responsibilities
As senior vice president – Investment Services, Pete is responsible for the disposition and acquisition of retail, office, and industrial investment real estate. He has over 30 years of experience in the area of investment real estate.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Pete was a senior vice president at Welsh Companies, focusing on investment sales. Some notable transactions he handled include Park Place, Har Mar Mall and Southdale Office Centre. During his 10 years at Welsh he was the top investment property broker.

Prior to Welsh, Pete was a senior vice president at Towle Real Estate. While at Towle Pete was the top investment broker for six of his 10 years there.

Professional and Community Involvement
Pete is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He has served on the board of the Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity. Pete currently volunteers his time with Prison Fellowship.
