Current Responsibilities
Scott Pollock joined NorthMarq in February 1996. His primary responsibilities include providing investment services for office and multi-family properties. Since joining NorthMarq's Investment Services Group, Scott has led or participated on teams that completed 117 transactions valued at over $1.2 billion, including nearly $800 million in office sales.

Scott has consistently ranked among NorthMarq's top producing brokers, qualifying for its prestigious Offshore Club during each of the last ten years and twice leading the company in gross sales production. His 25 years of diversified real estate experience allows him to capably handle a broad range of real estate disposition assignments.

Past Experience
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Scott spent three years as Director of Real Estate Investments for Hegg Companies, with emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of office, retail and multi-family properties in the Twin Cities’ area. Previous experience includes nearly four years as Vice President, Investment Sales for Rubloff Inc., a Chicago-based full service real estate firm, where he completed sales transactions totaling in excess of $140 million. Scott began his real estate career seven years prior to that at Balcor/American Express, the nation’s largest syndicator of commercial real estate investments.

Professional and Community Involvement
He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Education
Scott is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
