As a senior vice president, Ned Rukavina provides tenant representation, site selection and property listing services to clients.

Past Experience
Ned has nearly 20 years of experience representing a wide variety of retail clients including Aldi Inc., Brinker International, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Claddagh Irish Pub, FedEx Kinko’s, Kerasotes Theatres, Kirkland’s, LifeTime Fitness, Noodles and Company, Northern Tool & Hardware, PepBoys, Primrose Preschools, Raising Cane's, Starbuck’s Coffee Company, among others throughout the Twin Cities and the upper Midwest.

Professional and Community Involvement
Ned is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), where is co-chair of the sponsorship committee. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and one of NorthMarq’s principal contacts for ChainLinks Retail Advisors.

Education
Ned earned a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Minnesota.
