Current Responsibilities
As a NorthMarq associate partnered with Tom Tracy, Zach specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the southwest Twin Cities office market. Zach’s top clients in a listing portfolio of more than two million square feet include TIAA-CREF and United Properties. With his in-depth market knowledge and strategic approach to each negotiation, Zach has been successful in adding value and meeting the client’s need in every transaction.

Past Experience
Zach has professional experience in both politics and professional sports. He has served on the management team of numerous campaigns at the state level, including as candidate manager in the election for governor of Minnesota. Additionally, Zach worked in corporate sales with the NFL, serving as team leader of a record-breaking sales team.

Professional and Community Involvement
Zach is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of REALTORS (MNCAR), where he is active in committee work. He is also on the Board of Directors of a leading public policy non-profit in the Twin Cities.

Zach holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
