Current Responsibilities
As an industrial leasing associate, Dave Paradise is a licensed agent working with Sydney Johnson. Dave focuses on the western industrial market, where he specializes in tenant representation, user sales, landlord representation and new development.

Dave joined NorthMarq in May 2004. His clients include TA Associates, CB Richard Ellis Investors, Travelers, First Industrial Real Estate Trust and Pinehurst Properties.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Dave was an account executive with Concord Payment Systems in Phoenix, Ariz. While with Concord Payment Systems, he established new business accounts generating $2 million in sales annually.

Dave was also a professional hockey player for seven years in the UHL, ECHL, AHL and IHL.

Professional and Community Involvement
Dave is a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Twin West Chamber of Commerce.

Education
Dave attended St. Cloud State University, where he worked toward a degree in professional communications and marketing. At St. Cloud State, Dave was a four-time letterman and is the career leader in short handed goals.
