Current Responsibilities
Jason joined NorthMarq in 2000 to specialize in industrial real estate in the Minneapolis, St. Paul North and Northeast markets of the Twin Cities. The focus of Jason’s business is to provide comprehensive real estate services to company owners and real estate investors. These services include: tenant and landlord representation, land/building acquisition or disposition, new development and investment analysis.

Jason is part of the Northeast Industrial Team, which has established itself as a top industrial sales and leasing team in the market. His team’s transaction volume averages more than 850,000 square feet and more than 30 million in total consideration annually. Their current portfolio includes more than 4 million square feet of property.

Jason’s growing list of clients include: Capri/Capital Advisors, Cornerstone Realty Advisors, RREEF, Wellington Management, Wickes, AR North America, Ragstock, Zimmer Davis and Triangle Warehouse.

Professional and Community Involvement
Jason is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Jason has chaired the MNCAR Awards Committee in 2005 and 2006, which has included such keynote speakers as Terry Ryan, general manager of the Minnesota Twins, and Zygi Wilf, owner of the Minnesota Vikings. He has also been involved with the MNCAR educational committee.

Education
He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in criminology.
