Current Responsibilities
Lonnie Provencher joined NorthMarq in 2004 specializing in industrial sales, leasing, and tenant representation. In 2006 he received the company’s Rising Star Award for his oustanding achievements. His clients appreciate his creative style, investigative nature, and comfort with municipal permitting.

Past Experience
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Lonnie was a real estate analyst with The Department of Veterans Affairs. While with the DVA, Lonnie worked within the guarantee department, negotiating with lenders on DVA backed real estate.

Professional and Community Involvement
Lonnie is a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and Big Ten Speakers.

Education
Lonnie is a graduate of St. John’s University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and contributed to the success of the St. John’s Rugby Football Club.
