Current Responsibilities
Tom Tracy began his real estate career in 1990 and joined NorthMarq in 1997. As a vice president in our office leasing group, he actively represents both tenants and building owners. Over the past four years, Tom has been involved in over 140 transactions – totaling more than 1.3 million square feet.

Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Tom was with the Shelard Group, which became Koll Real Estate. From 1994 to 1997, he lead Koll’s Minneapolis CBD leasing effort. Over his career, Tom has completed more than 400 transactions - totaling 4.2 million square feet.

Tom has represented companies, including AT&T, Parsinen, Kaplan, Levy & Rosberg, Lawson Software, Right Management Consultants and Fish & Richardson, with their real estate decisions. TIAA-CREF, Travelers Insurance, Principal Financial, and Carlson Real Estate have entrusted Tom with their real estate assets.

Professional and Community Involvement
Tom is a member of the MNCAR board of directors and NAIOP. Every year since joining NorthMarq, he has earned the prestigious Offshore Club Award.

Education
Tom is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
