Current Responsibilities
Paul Donovan is the vice president of NorthMarq’s Advisory Services Group, a team focused on providing lease, buy and sell services for small- to mid-size businesses, nonprofits and education groups. In this role, Paul brings valuable perspectives developed from holding senior management positions in a $125M closely held business, owning and operating small businesses, and working closely with Fortune 1000 clients in NorthMarq's Corporate Services Group.

Paul concentrates on complete business decisions, making sure real estate decisions complement the entire organization. He takes the worry away from his clients, ensuring they receive maximum cost savings and make the best real estate decisions possible. He values mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.

In 2009 the Advisory Services Group was recognized in the Twin Cities Business list “Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Commercial Real Estate Agents."

Paul provides his clients with a wide variety of market knowledge and business expertise through his experience as an owner of, investor in and advisor to businesses in industries such as manufacturing, service, retail and technology.
