Brent Robertson joined NorthMarq in 2003. In the past 5 years, he has managed and leased a commercial portfolio of more than one million square feet of office and retail properties throughout the Twin Cities. Most recently, Brent has teamed with the Downtown Minneapolis Office Group, focusing primarily on representing tenants and landlords in the Minneapolis Central Business District. Since 2006, Brent and his team successfully leased or renewed 250,000 square feet in the Campbell Mithun Tower, a 41-story, 724,734 square foot Class A office tower owned by Principal Real Estate Investors.

Brent’s primary assignments include guiding lease and purchase/sale negotiations, performing transaction analysis, identifying and building relationships with potential clients and coordinating marketing plans for property listing assignments. While he is active throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area, Brent's expertise is in the Minneapolis Central Business District, where he has officed and resided for the past five years.
