Current Responsibilities
Bradley Kaplan joined NorthMarq Retail Brokerage Group in 2007. He specializes in retail properties, focusing on landlord and tenant representation as well as new business development.
Past Experience
Past clients have included: Regency Beauty Institute, Citi Financial Services, AIM Mail Centers, Sears/Kmart, Fireside Hearth ‘n Home, Oil Can Henry’s and Archivers – The Photo Memory Store.
Before joining NorthMarq, Brad worked with Grubb & Ellis|Northco Real Estate Services as an associate in its retail brokerage group. Prior to that, Brad worked for Acosta Sales and Marketing providing retail sales coverage in assigned territories.
Professional and Community Involvement
Brad is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), where he participates on the golf committee as well as the research committee. He is also a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
Education
Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University.
