Current Responsibilities
Stefanie joined the NorthMarq Retail Brokerage group in 1995, specializing in tenant representation and sale and leasing of retail properties in the Twin Cities, out-state Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Stefanie has worked with such retailers as AMC Theater, The Gap, Office Max, M&I Bank, Lowe’s Home Improvement, TJ Maxx Companies, David’s Bridal, Hard Rock Café, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Pier I, Famous Footwear, Knox Payless Cashway, McCoy’s Brew Pub, Paper Warehouse, Payless Shoes, Factory Card Outlet, Ann Taylor and Video Update. She has worked with these and other retailers in finding new sites, completing land acquisitions and leasing space in a variety of retail settings. She also represents owners/developers (such as Ryan Companies, OPUS, Reliance, CNL, Kimco and other local developers) on the disposition, leasing, development and redevelopment of property.

Professional and Community Involvement
Stefanie is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Education
Stefanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in real estate brokerage from St. Cloud State University and was the president of the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Organization in 2002.
