Current Responsibilities
As president of NorthMarq Real Estate Services, Jeff Eaton oversees the company's Transaction and Advisory Services and Real Estate Management businesses.

Past Experience
Jeff joined United Properties, the predecessor to NorthMarq, in 1994 as vice president of Brokerage Services directing the office, industrial, retail and investment sales brokerage teams.

Before joining United Properties, Jeff was with Welsh Companies, Inc. as general manager. Prior to moving back to the Twin Cities in 1992, he served as vice president for Vantage Companies in Dallas, Texas, where he began his real estate career in 1983.

Professional and Community Involvement
Jeff is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He currently serves on the National Board of Directors and is a past president of the Minnesota Chapter. He has served as chair of the legislative and political action committees and also is a member of the long-range planning committee. In addition, Jeff is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). He is on the board of directors for the Minnesota Taxpayers Association, a research/educational organization working to promote sound public fiscal policy, and also serves on the advisory board of the Minnesota Real Estate Journal.

Education
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
