Current Responsibilities
As controller for Northmarq, Linda Bona leads the 25-member property accounting group and is responsible for accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for all real estate properties under management. She coordinates numerous client-related special projects including system conversions, due diligence efforts for asset dispositions and specialized reporting requirements. She works closely with real estate owners to ensure the reporting for their assets is accurate, timely and compliant with their requirements. She is a member of the management committee.

Past Experience
Before joining Northmarq's predecessor, United Properties, Linda was controller with The Shelard Group where she was responsible for the accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for both the corporation and for the properties under management to third-party owners.

Education
Linda earned her bachelor of science degree from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA's) and the Minnesota Society of CPA's.
