Current Responsibilities
As a NorthMarq Investment Services specialist, Leah represents institutional and entrepreneurial owners in the acquisition, disposition and strategic planning of retail investment real estate.

Past Experience
Her commercial real estate background includes experience in investment sales and property management in both Minnesota and Arizona. Before joining NorthMarq Investment Services, Leah worked in Multi-Family Investment Services for Colliers International in Phoenix and for Welsh Companies in Minneapolis.

Professional and Community Involvement
Leah is a co-founder of Dress for Success Twin Cities where she continues to volunteer her time and serve on the board. Leah won the Marquette Real Estate Group’s Community Service Award in 2009 for her time and efforts with Dress for Success Twin Cities. The non-profit organization is dedicated to promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women in the Twin Cities by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Education
Leah graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate studies.
