Current Responsibilities
Matthew Lange joined the Industrial Brokerage group in 2006, working with Todd Hanson and Jason Sell. The focus of Matthew’s business is to provide comprehensive real estate services to company owners and real estate investors. These services include: tenant and landlord representation, land/building acquisition or disposition, new development and investment analysis. Matthew is one third of NorthMarq’s Northeast Industrial Team that has established itself as a top industrial sales and leasing team in the market. His team’s transaction volume averages more than 850,000 sq. ft. and more than 30 million in total consideration annually. Their current portfolio includes more than 4 million sq. ft. of property.
Past Experience
Before joining NorthMarq, Matthew worked for JL Properties, where he provided real estate and business consulting services.
Professional and Community Involvement
Matthew is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
Education
Matthew graduated from the University of Wisconsin, where he received Bachelor of Arts degrees in mandarin chinese and international relations. He traveled extensively during college; he spent a semester abroad in Seville, Spain, studying history and Spanish and attended seminars on international business in Shanghai and Beijing.
