Current Responsibilities
Dan Lofgren joined NorthMarq in 2004 and currently specializes in leasing, sales and client representation in the northwest metro. Known for his honest and accountable personality, Dan’s detailed market knowledge is evident while collaborating with both institutional and private investors.

Past Experience
Prior to focusing on leasing and sales, Dan worked as a property manager at NorthMarq. He was responsible for more than 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial properties in the metro area and gained valuable experience in construction budgetary analysis and tenant solutions.

Professional and Community Involvement
Dan attended St. Cloud State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree with a major in real estate. He graduated with cum laude honors.

Education
Dan is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association.
